Transaction Sports Redesign

Overview

Transaction Sports is a subsidiary of Ryan Partnership that develops and implement strategies to best maximize a client's sport/event marketing ROI. Our goal was to redesign the site to drive awareness and ultimately business for Transaction Sports. 

Problem

For many companies, sport and event marketing is (or they want it to be) an integral part to their 360-degree marketing program.  Unfortunately, many companies have a hard time proving or justifying the ROI on such an investment.

Our objective with the design was to drive brand awareness to our subsidiary and have potential clients think of Transaction Sports as a global and independent sport and entertainment marketing agency with a single-minded focus - helping clients drive measurable results via engagement with consumers and customers through sports

process

I conducted a heuristic analysis of the current site to identify any issues, I then supplemented this research by doing a competitive analysis to ensure we are following best practices. I then created mid-fidelity wireframes to review with the product owner and developers. 

Solution

Dove Men Care Redesign

Overview

Our client Dove engaged our team to redesign their current Dove Men Care website. 

Problem

The Dove Men Care site was outdated and didn't meet certain features the client was looking to incorporate in their site, such as the homepage being versatile to handle two key periods for Dove Men Care, one would be during "activation" periods meaning there was a specific product to promote and "off-activation" periods where there aren't any specific products to promote.

Process

I conducted research by doing a competitive analysis to establish best practices, furthermore I reviewed newer design trends for promotions and navigation menus. I then created mid-fidelity wireframes to review with the product owner, and developers.
